1 cup of low fat milk or soy milk

1/2 tsp coconut extract

1/2 tsp pineapple extract

1 tbsp orange juice

3 ice cubes

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh pineapple and a sprig of mint.
